Size: Measure around wrist at smallest point and measure around hand at largest point, including thumb. How to wear: Turn dials counter-clockwise to loosen. Slide hand into the easy-sleeve design with sleeve tongue centered on top of wrist. Stabilizer is properly positioned when thumb is in the thumb hole and the splint rests comfortably in the palm. Turn dials clockwise to tighten. Adjust dials until fit is firm, yet comfortable. To remove: Turn dials counter-clockwise to loosen. Slide your hand out. Washing: Remove metal splint prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softener. | |
