| Suggested use for adults: Take 1 E Capsule + 1 ZC Capsule. Day 1: 4 times a day (every 6 hours). Day 2: 3 times a day (every 8 hours). Day 3-5: 2 times a day (every 12 hours). An extra E capsule + ZC capsule is provided for future use. May be taken with or without food. Adequate fluid intake and rest recommended and encouraged. The capsules in this carton are individually sealed. Do not use if the plastic or foil back is torn or damaged. Store in a cool, dry place. | |
