Easy to apply: 1. Align opening over kneecap. 2. Fasten bottom section behind knee. 3. Fasten top section behind knee. 4. Secure top and bottom tension straps. Sizing: Measure around leg, 3 in above knee 12 - 21 in (30.4 - 53.3 cm). Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
